What you're buying
The full teardown is a one-time $29 purchase of a digital report for a single scanned URL, covering every finding in all 7 categories, including Site Health. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You can preview your score, category breakdown, and your highest-impact issues for free before deciding to buy.
If something went wrong
If your report didn't unlock after payment, you were charged more than once, or the report is missing findings it should include, contact us and we'll look into it.
How to request a refund
Email AndrewRapier@biat.dev with:
- Your report ID (shown on your report and in its URL)
- The email address used at checkout
- A short note on what went wrong
We review every request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
