These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Landing Page Teardown service operated by Beat It AT Production & Publishing LLC d/b/a BIAT ("we," "our," or "us").
1. Service Description
Landing Page Teardown is a web-based tool that analyzes landing pages for potential conversion optimization issues. The service provides automated analysis and suggestions based on common best practices.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Important: Our analysis provides suggestions based on general best practices. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in improved conversions, increased revenue, or any specific outcome. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control including your industry, audience, product, and implementation quality.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scan URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Resell or redistribute our reports without permission
- Submit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit our scanning infrastructure
4. Payment and Pricing
The free scan shows your overall score, a score for each of the 7 categories, and your two highest-impact issues in full. The full report is a one-time purchase of $29 covering every finding in all 7 categories, including Site Health. Nothing is sold separately.
Full reports are available for purchase at the prices displayed at checkout. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
The reports we generate are for your personal or business use. You may share individual reports but may not resell, white-label, or redistribute our service or reports commercially.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
